How do I handle technical issues on the Verb platform?

If you are experiencing technical issues on the Verb site, please try the following:

  • Use Chrome as the preferred browser.
  • Sign out and sign back in.
  • Do a hard refresh:
    • Mac: press command + shift + r
    • Windows: press Ctrl + F5
  • Clear your cache in Chrome:
    • At the top right, click More (three vertical dots)
    • Click More tools Clear browsing data.
    • At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    • Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
    • Click Clear data.
