Effective Decision-Making
Available: February 22
In this collection, learners will focus on the process of decision-making, including:
- When to make quick decisions and when it’s more beneficial to pause and take more time to about it
- How to use data for decision-making — along with using subjective experience and intuition
- How to commit to decisions with confidence and build a growth mindset
Roll Out Change Successfully
Available: March 11
This short collection features a TED video (from The Way We Work series) about rolling out a change — like a new system, process, or initiative. Learners will review the primary frictions involved with change and what they can do to make it easier for people to adopt what’s being rolled out.
Feedback Toolkit
Available: March 29
We’re launching a new toolkit with single, one-off activities designed to help learners address a problem or issue in the moment they need it most. For example, learners can use a feedback tool to…
- Prep for a difficult feedback conversation they need to have
- Brainstorm new ways to offer feedback when the first (or second or third) time didn’t work
- Self-assess immediately after giving feedback to improve and prepare for next time
***As our team develops these feedback tools, we’re seeking volunteer learners to try them out! If you’re interested in partnering with us to test these feedback tools, contact jfurl@paycor.com.
